Our service enables support agents, healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other service organizations to communicate with customers in different languages without requiring bilingual staff.

When your support agent calls our toll-free number during a customer interaction, we facilitate real-time translation between your agent and your customer, allowing seamless bilingual communication.

Setup fees cover account configuration, phone number provisioning, agent onboarding, and technical integration support. Setup fees are charged once after free trial completion.

Language packs are billed per agent per month. All agents in your organization will have access to enabled language packs.

Billing Terms: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Usage overages are billed in arrears at the end of each billing cycle. Annual subscriptions receive a 20% discount and are billed annually in advance.

Payment: All payments are processed securely through our payment processor. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all subscription fees and usage overages.

While we strive for high-quality translations, LanguageBridgeAI does not guarantee 100% accuracy. Translation quality may vary based on:
